How do I update my billing or delivery information on my subscription?Updated 5 months ago

Easy! We've designed our subscription to work for youYou can add or remove products, change the frequency, or skip an upcoming order all within your account dashboard. 

Follow the steps below to update your billing or delivery information:

Step-by-step Guide:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Select 'Manage Subscriptions'

  3. Navigate to the subscription order you'd like to edit and select 'Manage Subscription'. *Please note, if you have multiple subscriptions you will need to repeat this process for each subscription.

  4. Navigate to the action options menu and select 'Update my info'

  5. In this module, you'll be able to update your delivery address, order frequency, and payment method


To update your payment method, select 'Update Payment Method' and you will be sent an email confirming you'd like to proceed with the update.

In this module, you also have the option to change your order frequency.

6. Once the desired edits are made, select 'Submit'
