Our Happiness Guarantee
For first-time customers, we offer a happiness guarantee within 30 days of receipt of your order. This is valid only for domestic orders and shipping costs are nonrefundable.*
We love our products and hope you do too! If you try Clevr and don't like it, please send us a note here and we'll help find a solution.
Am I eligible for the Happiness Guarantee?
- The Happiness Guarantee is only valid on your first order. Subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation after they have been charged.
- Non-latte items are final sale (frothers, mugs, etc.) and not eligible for return.
- We will not provide a refund for a request that is received more than 30 days after the original order receipt.
- This policy applies to domestic orders only.
*We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion.
