Don't worry! Most of the time when this happens, the carrier simply hasn’t scanned your package properly. It is very likely still on its way to you.

We do have an action plan in case you don’t get your goods:

• Check with your neighbors, just in case!
• Allow 14 days from your shipment date before filing a claim if shipped to the contiguous US, and 21 days if Canada or non-contiguous US zones. 

If you don't receive your package within 14 / 21 days after its ship date, please let us know.
