You’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email as soon as an order is placed. 

Once your order is processed and ships (1-2 business days), you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress right up to your doorstep.

For more detailed shipping information, we recommend checking with USPS or DHL for the most up-to-date delivery estimate.

How long does it take to process/ship my order?

Our team does our best to process your order within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. There may be delays during holidays and high-volume times. We ship all orders via USPS or DHL.

Just a heads up, it may take a few days for tracking to show movement, depending on the carrier and any delay they are experiencing. Clevr is not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
